Softube plugins validate successfully in Logic Pro, but the GUIs are messed up, so they are unusable (this was already the case in Big Sur and it continues to be the case in Monterey).Īpart from that, everything I'm using seems to be working (in Logic Pro, I didn't try other DAWs):Īrturia, Beatskillz, Celemony, DMG Audio, FabFilter, Goodhertz, IK Multimedia, iZotope, KV331 Audio, LennarDigital, Mastering The Mix, Native Instruments, Newfangled Audio, oeksound, Overloud, Plugin Alliance, Rare Signals, Relab Development, Sonarworks, Sonic Academy, Sonnox, Soundradix, Soundtheory, Soundtoys, u-he, Valhalla DSP, Waves, Xfer Records, XLN Audio. I cannot confirm that the GUI is just a plain black window. XLN Audio RC-20 runs fine on my system in Logic Pro, both in native and Rosetta mode. Plugin Alliance plugins work, but their authorization in Logic Pro only worked for me when I launched Logic Pro in Rosetta mode. I've un-installed and re-installed them via Waves Central, 're-scanned' for all plug-ins (on PT startup) and followed all the suggested fixes from Waves themselves (I'm waiting on an update from them in response to an email I sent them last night). Exponential Audio plug-ins won't validate at all in Logic Pro (neither in native nor in Rosetta mode) and instantly crash any project they are on. Morning All, I've got a bit of a weird issue in as much as Pro Tools (12.8) is not seeing any of my Waves plug-ins. I can confirm most of what above, with a few additions and/or deviations (all of the following was tested on an Apple Silicon Mac): Edited files shold be recreated when reaper is loading project or other magic. so I'd say go for it.Thanks a lot for sharing this in detail, really helpful! If I have plugin on track, plugins meters are not in sync with master. so I've restarted it and it finished the installation process pretty fast. Oh and one thing during Monterey installation process – at some point it seemed to be frozen. after that it's been pretty smooth for me. all my other 3rd party apps (except Onyx) are working as well – Spark, Telegram, Signal, Dropbox, Zoom, Chrome, Spotify, Nord VPN etc.įeels like the worst transition was when Catalina dropped. The answer is more obvious than it looks. You Can Earn free BAT Her. other than that – Ableton Live, FL Studio, Splice, iLok, Auto-Tune, Melodyne, tons of 3rd party plugins (PA, Softube, Goodhertz, Eventide, oeksound, Cableguys, AIR, PSP, iZotope, Soundtoys, Valhalla, FabFilter, Neural DSP, GForce, Spitfire, Sonic Charge, QuikQuak, DDMF, Liquidsonics, Audiority, Audiothing, Arturia, u-he, NI, Kush, TDR, Wavesfactory, NoiseAsh, Voxengo, Xfer etc.) – everything works. Try this NOW.if you are frustrated with Waves Plugins not working in REAPER properly. All Waves plugins support 48kHz, and the sample rate of my Pro tools. ![]() ![]() ![]() In Pro tools, all the Waves plugins greyed out, and it says The following plugins were made inactive because they do not support the current sample rate. probably the rest of XLN stuff won't work as well – can't check as RC-20 is the only one that I have. But after deleting all Waves plugins and reinstalling it, Waves plugins don’t work in any DAW listed above. literally the only plugin that doesn't work. Just upgraded my 2015 MBP as well, everything works except for XLN RC-20 plugin (opens with a black screen, both AU and VST).
